Job Description:

  • Prime role is to manage the domain of IT Security for Client Organizations.
  • Lead IT Security Assessment/Technology Risk Assessment/Business Impact Assessment for Client Organizations.
  • Build Strategy Roadmaps for Security Initiatives deployment covering end to end IT landscape of Client Organizations.
  • To help set risk and value based priorities for the information security function and plans.
  • Responsible to perform comprehensive IT Health Assessment comprising comprehensive AS-IS evaluation of the current landscapes of the Organizations and recommend them the TO-BE.
  • Assist Client Organizations in achieving ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and other similar certifications.
  • Help Create/Refine IT Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Client Organizations.
  • Facilitate Information Security focused change management initiatives for the Client Businesses.
  • Actively design BCP and DR strategies for the Customer Enterprises.
  • Conduct & Develop Data Classification for Client Organizations.
  • Building up Business Cases and performing feasibility evaluation of various Cloud Security models for Client Organizations.
  • The role is mainly of Delivering & Designing Client side projects and also to do pre-sales as an information security SME.
  • Creating proposals and approach notes for clients describing the issues being faced in the current context and the tentative solutions provided by the company.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Shall be an analyst/consultant (at least) within one of the leading IT consulting companies (Big 4 experience is highly preferred) or shall be possessing an industry recognized certification (ex. CISSP, CISA, CCNA etc.)
  • Shall ideally be having an experience of 2 – 5 Years.
  • Shall be currently working within any one (or more) of the following domains – IT Audit/Assurance (ex. ITGC, SOX, SSAE, Indian IT Act Clause 49); IT Strategy & Security (Cyber Risk, Infrastructure Security, Application Testing); IT Governance (Process Audits, Standards & Regulatory Compliances, Software Licensing Audit & Assessment, Enterprise Risk Advisory & Analytics).
  • Working exposure of Business Applications Security Aspects (ex. ERP, CRM, SCM, SRM, HRMS, GRC, Business Intelligence) of SAP, Oracle or Microsoft is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of various VA/PT tools and technologies (ex. NMAP, Metasploit, Wireshark) is an added advantage.
  • Shall have a comprehensive knowledge of different Security products/solutions.
  • Shall be presentable, approachable, good listener and an effective communicator.
  • Shall have good Presentation skills, possess ability to represent Organization’s views in thought leadership events and be knowledge/technology savvy (with respect to security trends in diverse technology frontiers like Internet of Things, Mobility, Cloud, Analytics, IT Infrastructural Advancements).
  • Shall be open for travelling for Domestic and International assignments.

About the Role:

The role is that of a Manager – Consulting Sales. The role within the sales process is to fully understand a prospect’s business problem and construct a solution around that problem leveraging CREATING VALUES advisory capabilities.

Overall responsibilities/ Job Description:

  • Generate Leads and interact with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions.
  • Experience engaging with senior leaders (CxO level) on various solutions and business problems. Able to listen and analyze a client’s requirements and present to a compelling business value message of a solution.

  • Must have experience of Selling IT Tools or HR Technology Products/consulting services
  • Must have a good connect with CIOs or CHROs
  • 4-8 years’ of Sales experience in similar Consulting industry or Product selling
